The company was set up by the founder Roddy Whiteford when a gap was identified in the market, the challenge of capturing telephone calls in the evening at busy hotels. These calls are potential business for the hotels and as such missed calls means missed revenue.
Starting from a pilot of 3 hotels there are now over 80 hotels supported by our service both in the UK and mainland Europe. Now handling in excess of 200,000 calls per year we have identified the need to support hotels in this demanding environment and resourcing challenge.
Following on from the success of supporting telephone demand we are introducing a similar service in 2020 to provide online Livechat support to deliver the same results.
