Starting with 3 hotels there are now over 40 hotel clients and a team of 23 Customer Care Professionals who deliver this service across the UK and Internationally. The team are made up of revenue and sales experts who have all lived part of their life behind a busy reception desk trying to sell the hotel in what can be a very stressful environment.
Working remotely in their own home office, yet understanding the busy hotel world, everyone can focus on the customer needs and sell in a relaxed professional way.
